Yes. All products available at Raza Atelier are 100% original and sourced directly from trusted brands and authorized partners.

Product availability varies by collection. Each product page clearly mentions whether the item is stitched, unstitched, or custom-stitched.

Customization or size alterations are only available where explicitly mentioned. Once a stitched or custom order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We offer two stitching options depending on availability:
* Official Brand Stitching:
The outfit is stitched by the original designer brand, exactly as offered by them.
* Raza Atelier Signature Stitching:
The outfit is expertly stitched by our carefully selected and experienced tailors, following Raza Atelier’s quality standards.
These outfits are crafted to closely match the original designer’s design, cut, and detailing, ensuring a refined and elegant final look.
Each stitched piece is also quality-checked before dispatch for consistency and finishing.

Within Pakistan –
Unstitched and Ready-to-Wear: 5 – 7 working days
Couture and Hand Embellished Luxe Orders: 8 to 10 weeks
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and location.

International Unstitched and Ready-to-Wear orders: 7 – 14 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders upto and including PKR 50,000 (individual and collective) with delivery charges to be advised at checkout.
Stitched, custom-stitched and made-to-order items are not eligible for COD.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for:
Defective items
Incorrect items
Customers must share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Approved replacements are dispatched within 7 working days (Pakistan only).

No. Sale, discounted, stitched, customized and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Slight color variations may occur due to photographic lighting and screen settings. This is not considered a defect.

To maintain fabric quality and embellishments, we recommend:
Dry clean only
Do not machine wash or soak
Care instructions may vary by product and are mentioned on product pages where applicable.

As many of our pieces involve preparation and quality checks, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
