At Raza Atelier, we take great care to ensure that all products are quality-checked and dispatched in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being delivered, we are happy to facilitate an exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchange requests will only be entertained under the following circumstances:
The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
A clear video showing the defect or discrepancy is shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with color, design, embroidery, or fabric feel.
Slight variations in color due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
Stitched, customized, or altered items.
Accessories, jewellery, makeup, or personal care products.
Sale or discounted items (unless received defective).
Exchange Process:
Customers must email or WhatsApp us the unboxing video clearly showing:
The shipping label
The product received
The visible defect or issue
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the customer will be informed accordingly.
The defective or incorrect item will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
Replacement dispatch will be made within 7 working days after approval, within Pakistan only.
Important Notes:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If the original item is out of stock, store credit of equivalent value may be offered at our discretion.
Courier charges for approved exchanges within Pakistan will be borne by Raza Atelier.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
International Orders:
For international orders, returns and exchanges are not offered due to logistics and customs limitations. Customers are requested to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Final Decision:
All return and exchange decisions made by Raza Atelier are final and binding.
