Raza Atelier reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Product Information & Availability
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate; however, slight variations in color, design, or embellishment may occur due to photographic lighting or screen settings.
Raza Atelier reserves the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders will be processed only after full payment is received, except where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
Stitched and custom orders are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.
4. Orders & Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Raza Atelier reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Custom-stitched and made-to-order items cannot be altered or canceled once processing has begun.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary based on product category and destination and are mentioned on individual product pages. Delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are only applicable in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order by sharing a clear unboxing video.
Approved replacements will be dispatched within 7 working days (within Pakistan).
Sale items, stitched, customized, or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Raza Atelier or its partner brands and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
