Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During seasonal sales or launches, processing may take 2–4 working days due to high order volume.

Shipping Time & Delivery Location:

Within Pakistan — Unstitched & Ready-to-Wear: 5–7 working days
Within Pakistan — Stitched: 30 working days
International Orders (subject to customs clearance):
Unstitched: 7–14 working days
Stitched: 35 working days
Couture & Hand-Embellished Luxe Orders: 8–10 weeks
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Free delivery may be offered from time to time on promotional orders or minimum purchase thresholds.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

COD is available within Pakistan only.
Cash on Delivery orders require order verification by phone/WhatsApp before processing.
Refusal to accept COD parcels may lead to account/order limitations and delivery charges have to be paid to the courier by the customer.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You may track your order through the respective courier’s tracking link.

International Shipping:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Customs delays may affect delivery dates; these are beyond our control.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and postal code are accurate at checkout.

Lost / Delayed / Damaged Shipments:

In case of lost or undelivered packages, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please report it to the courier immediately and notify us with unboxing video evidence.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

As many of our pieces involve preparation and quality checks, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
